Matachines indian dancers tour – 7 hours
This is a fantastic tour for you to know the culture and traditions of old Mexico, we will drive along the coast by a jungle of palm trees where we will see estuaries and exotic birds, after we will stop in Matatan village where we will meet the Matachines Indian community for you to see the old man chief playing the Indian music while the young boys will be dancing with their traditional colorful clothing and head full of feathers while your tour guide will be describing the significant of the Indian movements, later we will visit a family that will show you how to make palm leave furniture, we will continue to “Hacienda del Tamarindo” village where natives feel proud of their customs and traditions, we will stop next at “El Yauco Restaurant” for lunch in the majestic village of El Rosario where we will see the wonderful temple of Our lady of Rosario with its gold retable value in three million gold pesos, after lunch we will also visit the lagoon of El Iguanero and The Spanish cemetery.
